Hi,

Following suggestions I have received from several sysops, I am considering creating a dedicated Telegram channel for sysops to receive real-time alerts about possible cluster attacks/spam (e.g., flooding, abusive comments, suspicious duplicates) together with practical mitigation commands/actions. 

Before implementing anything, I would like to gauge interest via a short anonymous poll (no callsign, e-mail, or personal data is requested).
