Also, if you can give me a date & time (UTC) that you sent the unsubscribe email and what address it was sent from, I can take a look in the logs to see what's occurring.
I've tested this multiple times and it works every time for me, from several different emails.

Looks like a buffering issue or something like that.
This is not the first time I observe this on EA4RCH-5

I would venture to say that this is congestion at node EA4RCH-5. It's one of the busiest nodes on the network. Apparently, nothing unusual is detected except for the large number of simultaneous spots.
